Who handles your data
This policy explains how personal data is handled on prostalis360.com, an information site run by an independent editor. The site is not the manufacturer or the seller of the products it describes. For any question about this policy, write to contacto@prostalis360.com.
We try to collect as little data as possible. Browsing the site, reading the product cards and using the country pages does not require an account or any personal details.
What we collect and why
The only time you give us data is when you complete the order form on a product card. The form asks for your name and your telephone number. These are used to process your request: the seller or its call centre phones you to confirm the order, agree the delivery address and arrange dispatch.
When you send the form, the IP address from which you connect is also transmitted, together with the date and time, so that the affiliate network can check that the request is genuine and avoid duplicate or fraudulent orders. We do not use this data to build profiles or to send you advertising.

Who receives your data
The data from the form is passed to the affiliate network we work with and to the seller's call centre, which handle the confirmation and delivery of your order. Each of them handles the data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which keeps the usual technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to keep the service secure and running. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Cookies and third-party tools
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not install third-party trackers or analytics tools. We do not embed social network pixels either. Only the technical elements needed for the pages to display and for the form to work are used, and they are not used to follow you across other sites.
If we ever add a measurement tool or any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will say so on this page and ask for your consent before it is switched on.
Retention and your rights
We keep data only for as long as it is needed to process the order and deal with possible complaints, and then delete it or restrict access to it within the periods the law requires. The retention periods of the seller and of the affiliate network are governed by their own policies.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected, ask for it to be erased, restrict or object to its use, and request portability. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contacto@prostalis360.com, quoting the name and telephone number you provided, and we will reply within the legal time limit.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy when the way the site works changes or the applicable rules change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and we encourage you to review it from time to time.
